“We are deeply saddened and heartbroken at the loss of our beloved friend and colleague Lance Reddick. He was the consummate professional and a joy to work with. Our love and prayers are with his wife Stephanie, his children, family and friends. We dedicate the film to his loving memory. We will miss him dearly.”

Reddick’s Charon has appeared in every movie in the franchise, cementing his importance. It’s no surprise that the John Wick 4 crew intends to honor him. A posthumous dedication is a touching tribute that emphasizes how central Reddick was to the universe and to the lives of his co-stars and those he worked with.
