The Avengers Team Lineup Looks Very Different In Kang Dynasty Fan Poster

The Avengers team lineup gets a new look in an Avengers: The Kang Dynasty fan poster. Following 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, the original MCU team took heavy losses. Iron Man and Black Widow sacrificed their lives to help the heroes defeat Thanos in Avengers: Endgame. Steve Rogers did continue to live, albeit back in time to live a life alongside Peggy Carter, appearing at the end of the last Avengers movie as an old man, passing on the Captain America legacy to Sam Wilson. With half of the original Avengers out of the MCU, the team will need some new blood in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

On Instagram, artist marveldsign imagins what this new version of the team could look like, including some of the MCU’s newest additions and a single original Avenger.

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor is the sole member of the Avengers imagined in this new version of the team, which could very well translate into the upcoming movie. The other two original Avengers still active in the MCU are Hulk and Hawkeye, both of which have found replacements in She-Hulk and Kate Bishop’s Hawkeye. With the MCU currently focusing on introducing a slew of new heroes, it remains to be seen just who will be part of the new Avengers.

Who Will Be On The Team In Avengers: The Kang Dynasty?

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania introduced audiences to the great threat that is Kang the Conqueror. While the villain was seemingly defeated by Scott Lang in the movie, it stands to reason that the character is poised for a comeback, given the importance he has been given by the MCU. A single Kang is not the only threat the Avengers will have to face when they next assemble, as the third Ant-Man also poised the team to collide against the fearful Council of Kangs, which was shown to be made up of several Kang variants from the multiverse.

In order to stop the Kangs in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will need to assemble a large roster of the MCU’s most powerful characters. Original Avengers Thor, Hulk, and Hawkeye are all available to help a new version of the team during the transition. That new team will undoubtedly be counting on some established MCU characters that helped out the original six Avengers in both Infinity War and Endgame. The inclusion of heroes such as Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Sam Wilson’s Captain America, and Doctor Strange is likely.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty scribe Jeff Loveness has been giving hints at which MCU characters will be part of the new Avengers team. Some of the names that have been thrown around by the writer include Namor, Shuri as Black Panther, Daredevil, and Moon Knight. Also, Ant-Man and the Wasp are a given due to their connection to Kang, setting up Avengers: The Kang Dynasty to feature a very powerful and diverse hero roster.
