Marvel Studios is reportedly not having conversations about replacing Jonathan Majors as Kang in the Marvel Cinematic Universe following his arrest. The actor made his MCU debut in Loki season 1 as He Who Remains but returned earlier this year as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Weeks after the film’s debut and Marvel’s efforts to introduce the big bad of the Multiverse Saga, Jonathan Majors was arrested in New York on March 26, 2023, for alleged assault. The Kang actor was released shortly thereafter and his representation has denied any wrongdoing, but questions about his future in Hollywood have remained.

A new report from Deadline indicates that his days of playing Kang variants in the MCU are not over. In a story about Jonathan Majors being dropped by his talent manager Entertainment 360, the outlet states that Marvel Studios has had “zero conversations” about replacing him in future MCU projects.
