Screen Rant is proud to present the first official trailer for I’ll Be Watching, a new thriller from Uncork’d Entertainment. Available on digital beginning May 2, the film centers around a young artist named Julie, who struggles to cope after her sister is brutally murdered. When their therapist suggests a change of scenery, Julie and her tech-genius husband, Marcus, relocate to the country. Shortly after the move, Marcus is called away on a work trip to Hong Kong and leaves his wife in the hands of his newly installed cutting-edge security system.
However, when Julie becomes trapped inside the house during a home invasion, she finds herself fighting to avoid the same fate as her sister. Directed by Erik Bernard and written by Elisa Manzini and Sara Sometti Michaels, Eliza Taylor stars as Julie alongside her real-life husband, Bob Morley. Taylor and Morley have both been featured in multiple projects but are most notably known for playing Clarke and Bellamy in The CW’s The 100. David Keith, Seth Michaels, Bryan Batt, and Hannah Fierman are also included in the thriller’s main cast.

Although the extent of the system’s capabilities remains ambiguous, it’s clear that the intruder is using the futuristic technology to their advantage.
Providing just enough insight into the film’s overall premise, the I’ll Be Watching trailer leaves viewers with plenty to theorize about until its release. The unmistakable connection between the two break-ins indicates that the sisters may be being targeted by someone close to them, creating the potential for a Whodunit. But whether the killer is hidden within the main cast or remains an unidentified intruder, I’ll Be Watching will likely keep audiences guessing until the very end.
Uncork’d Entertainment has already released several thrillers this year, with the most recent being Hiroshi Katagiri’s End Of Loyalty. Katagiri is recognized for his work in the makeup and special effects departments on projects such as Avatar: The Way of Water, The Mandalorian, and The Hunger Games. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Blake-Thomas’s Hunt Club will be available on April 4, followed by Brandon Slagle’s Breakout on April 11.
