Game of Thrones’ Jon Snow Becomes John Wick In Stunning AI Art

Game of Thrones’ Jon Snow becomes John Wick in cool new AI-generated images. It may have seemed that the world had seen the last of Kit Harington’s Jon Snow after Game of Thrones season 8, but it’s since been revealed that Snow will return in his own Game of Thrones spinoff show. As for Keanu Reeves’ famed cinematic assassin, though the main John Wick series is taking a break according to director Chad Stahelski, the success of John Wick 4 has Warner Bros. wanting more movies. In the meantime, Wick himself is set to make an appearance in the upcoming John Wick universe film Ballerina, starring Ana de Armas.

The one seemingly unthinkable scenario in all this speculation about what follows John Wick 4 is the idea of recasting Wick himself, but if Reeves is replaced in the series, new AI-generated art makes a case for Harington being the man to take over as Baba Yaga.

Posted to r/midjourney by Reddit user DeskPixel, the images depict Harington out of his Night’s Watch robes and in some classic John Wick attire, and toting some weapons that were never seen in Westeros.

Does Kit Harington Have A Future As An Action Star

Harington is of course primarily known for playing Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, but he has dipped his toe into some other franchises over the years, including taking a turn in the MCU as Eternals’ Dane Whitman. When it comes to non-franchise parts that allowed him to flash his action-movie chops, Harington’s resume is a little thin, though he did do the 2014 sword-and-sandals epic Pompeii.

Suggesting that Harington is in a position to take over the John Wick franchise from Reeves would arguably be outlandish. But the Jon Snow actor might make an interesting bad guy in a future Wick movie, affording him the chance to break away from his largely heroic and somewhat dull image. Ultimately, it might not be a bad career play for Harington to seek out a Liam Neeson-type role, and set himself up for a potentially long, lucrative run as an action star once the Game of Thrones segment of his career finally runs its course. On the other hand, Harington’s persona is arguably too bland and nice, and lacking in edge, for him to make sense as a Neeson-style action hero, or as the next John Wick.
