Screen Rant is pleased to present an exclusive clip from Perfect Addiction, a spicy new romance film based on Claudia Tan’s explosively popular novel. The film, which began as a story on Wattpad that quickly gained a massive following, will be available On Demand starting April 14 for comfortable at-home viewing. Kiana Madeira stars as MMA trainer Sienna, whose boyfriend Jax (played by Matthew Noszka) cheats on her with her own sister, leading her to seek revenge with his rival Kayden (Ross Butler).

Perfect Addiction has all the ingredients of a YA romance classic, but with a flashy twist: Sienna’s plan involves getting Kayden to train with her so he can defeat Jax in the MMA ring. Soon enough, however, she begins to fall for Butler’s (who recently starred in Shazam! Fury of the Gods) Kayden, who offers her a relationship that’s both satisfying and comfortable. Now it’s up to her to decide whether she can ignore Jax’s pull, and whether revenge is really worth it in the end.

More About Perfect Addiction

Jax’s pull is evident in Screen Rant‘s exclusive clip from Perfect Addiction, which sees him corner Siena at a wedding and attempt to rekindle their relationship. She is resistant, reminding him of his bad behavior and generally derogatory attitude toward women. Kayden steps in as they are arguing, giving Jax the opportunity to throw what he sees as Siena’s manipulations in their faces. But before he can goad Kayden into a fistfight at the wedding, the latter cuts him off and defuses the tension — for now.

Perfect Addiction‘s supporting cast includes Bree Winslow, who recently appeared in Euphoria and Bosch, as Siena’s sister Cara, as well as Nicholas Duvernay as Brent and Arrow‘s Manu Bennett as Siena’s mentor Julian. Fans of angsty YA romance will also note that the film is directed by Castille London, who helmed After We Fell and After Ever Happy.

Perfect Addiction will be available to watch On Demand on April 14.
