Avatar: The Way of Water has now officially landed at the No. 3 spot on the highest-grossing movies of all time list, finally passing Titanic.
While the sequel came very close last weekend, it took another week before Avatar: The Way of Water‘s worldwide box office total could reach $2.2433 billion (via Variety). With this haul, Avatar 2 has overtaken Titanic ($2.2428 billion) to become the third-biggest movie ever at the worldwide box office.
