Adonis is getting back in the ring for the fight of a lifetime in Creed III. The sports drama franchise first launched in 2015, acting as a continuation of Sylvester Stallone’s iconic Rocky series, though now centered on Michael B. Jordan’s Adonis Creed, son of Rocky’s rival-turned-friend Apollo. First helmed by Ryan Coogler, who would later direct Jordan in Black Panther, then by future Transformers: Rise of the Beasts director Steven Caple Jr., the Creed movies have proven to be critical and commercial hits.
With less than a month remaining until its hits theaters, MGM have released a new Creed III trailer during Super Bowl LVII.
The video offers a further look at the highly-anticipated boxing threequel, namely the hard-hitting fights to come from the film surrounding Jonathan Majors’ complex antagonist, Damian “Dame” Anderson.
